Autumn Richardson & Richard Skelton. Memorious Earth: A Longitudinal Study (2015)
“Corbel Stone Press began as a private press for our collaborative work with the publication of Typography of the Shore in 2009, and, eight years later, still serves as the primary vehicle for our work. Operating at the crossover of art, music and literature, to date we have jointly and separately authored over forty pamphlets, books, editions and musical works. Since 2013 we have also published the work of a select group of artists and writers whose work, like our own, is informed by landscape and nature, including Thomas A Clark, Hans Brückner, Don Domanski, Alec Finlay, and Tim Lilburn. In the same year we began Reliquiae, an annual journal that combines diverse contemporary and historical responses to the natural world. Specific interests include ecology, anthropology, folklore, animism and other-than-human consciousness. In 2017 we began the Contemporary Poetry Series - monthly booklets informed by particular themes, including Nature and Language, Nature and Myth, and Nature and the Sacred. To date the series has featured over 40 poets from ten countries.”
