"NOT BORED! began as a punk rock fanzine, but quickly metamorphosed into a Situationist journal after its editor read an article by the rock critic Greil Marcus, who claimed that the Situationists had had a strong influence on such punk bands as the Sex Pistols and Gang of Four. Originally printed on a photocopy machine, and issued in press runs of between 50 and 200 copies, NOT BORED! went online in 1996. Though the pace of its publications has slowed considerably, NOT BORED! is still active."
